Economist Readership Growth

For the 34th consecutive year, The Economist saw circulation growth* in both Asia Pacific and internationally.

The Economist now has circulation in 206 countries worldwide and circulation has grown 105% in
the last 12 years, and approximately 82% in Asia Pacific in that time.

Since last December, circulation for the International edition had increased by 4% whilst the Asia Pacific edition was raised by 3.33%.

With many publishers having to scale down their publication or even shut the Asia Pacific edition down, The Economist's growth is a statement in itself. It had also bucked the trend that print is a dying medium. With strong editorial and credibility, print can still be very much alive.
